This patient in her 20s informed out injector that her goal was to achieve the look of fuller lips without the use of lip filler. A lip flip was recommended.

A lip flip is where small amounts of Botox / Dysport is strategically injected along the upper lip line in order to give the appearance of a fuller upper lip.
