Dr. Timothy Mountcastle embarked on his medical journey in 1999 at the esteemed Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. His unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence led him to achieve dual board certifications in Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. Driven by his passion for helping patients look and feel their best, he ventured beyond surgical practice and co-founded the highly regarded Mountcastle Medical Spa in Ashburn, VA, alongside the accomplished Meredith West PA-C.

Guided by a patient-centric philosophy and under the exceptional leadership of Neyda, Christy, Ashley, Maria, Ragan, Jillian, and Meredith, the Mountcastle Medical Spa has undergone a remarkable transformation. Established in 2009 as a humble practice, it has rapidly evolved into a prominent institution within the realm of Medical Spas in Northern Virginia.

At the heart of its success lies a team of four skilled injectors and three talented aestheticians, working tirelessly to attend to the needs of thousands of clients.
